OverviewThe Managing Director is responsible for the development and execution of Energy investment strategies that maximize returns without taking on undue risk. Ensures alignment and compliance with corporate strategy, internal policy, applicable laws, and regulations.

Aligns investment strategies with wider organizational tactics to maximize Bank earnings while minimizing risk.ResponsibilitiesDirectly responsible for the day-to-day management of the Energy portfolio.Directly manage eight members of the portfolio team.

Review and approve all quarterly reviews.Review and approve all annual reviews some of which may also require Chief Credit Officer approval.Approve all amendments, consents, and waivers that are within banks approval authority.

Provide feedback and support for amendments, waivers, and consents not within approval authority.Lead quarterly review and special mention/watch list meetings each quarter.Primary lead for the business unit for all audits and regulatory exams.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $225,000 to $250,000 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering.10+ years experience in the project finance sector.5+ years experience performing the role of Administrative Agent.

PreferredSuperior work ethic; Strong leadership, teamwork, and relationship building skills.Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, confident, organized, and articulate manner.
