Come join WWT today!What will you be doing?The Client Services Executive will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in their account base through capacity planning, training, and process improvement. This individual will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the consultants as they execute their assigned engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive large scale Services engagements with our largest customersDevelop deep customer relationships with hiring managers and directors within the assigned account baseWork in a sales overlay role with our exiting account Client Executives to drive additional margin through Services in our largest accountsDrive growth within our Services practiceHelp recruit, interview, and hire top industry talent to grow the organizationBuild, maintain, and utilize subcontract relationships to level capacity fluctuationsEnsure compliance with WWT's Delivery MethodologyEvaluate processes and recommend changes to drive higher quality and profitability___________________________________________QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 10 years Services sales experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Total compensation for this role includes a base plus commission. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $150,000-180,000 + commissions. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.

The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
