What You'll DoThis position reports to the VP, Workforce Planning and Analysis. This role will work closely with existing Director, WPA, Business Leaders and People Operations to ensure workforce plans are developed and managed, but also creates an enterprise view of critical gaps and opportunities to proactively manage across the business and help drive staffing effectiveness. Below are the main responsibilities:45% - AnalysisSteward financial rigor and strategic insights for Horizon and AffiliatesApply advanced workforce planning techniques and tools (eg, scenario modeling/planning, demand forecasting, trend analysis, predictive modeling) to provide insight and recommendations on workforce plansWork with all business stakeholders in the continuous improvement of the staffing management processesDevelop and communicate key performance indicators with regards to staffing metrics, staffing utilization, scope creep, including ad-hoc analyses and special projectsFacilitate the sharing of best practices across the AgencyRefine and maintain quarterly client dashboard reports, portfolio profitability and team productivity analysis by business leader to promote a culture of accountabilityPrioritize and perform ad-hoc, deep-dive analysis and projections to help better inform business leadersWork closely with the FP&A team to understand and ensure accurate revenue reporting by clientProvide variance analysis of actual results vs.

00A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
