Design Oversight: Provide guidance and direction to a team of engineers in the development of electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including controls engineers, automation specialists, and project managers, to integrate electrical power systems seamlessly into renewable energy solutions.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to validate the reliability and performance of electrical power systems.

Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure compliance with design specifications.Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges related to electrical power systems and propose effective mitigation strategies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of electrical designs, calculations, and project activities. Strong knowledge of substation design, power distribution, protection schemes, and related electrical systems.Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations governing electrical power systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse project teams.

The salary range for this position is 93,600.00 - 124,800.00 - 157,600 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
