The Center for Community Health is seeking a Medical Director with a passion for the prevention of chronic diseases and the capacity to direct a novel clinical practice focused on primary prevention and multiple community programs.
Creatively and with vision, the Medical Director provides clinical, educational, research and strategic planning oversight for both clinical interventions and community health programs at the Center for Community Health and Prevention.
The Director is an M.D. specializing in health behavior change who actively seeks collaborations with other content experts. The clinical work will have an emphasis on evaluating and treating patients and worksite wellness participants to enhance their motivation to reduce the risk and improve management of chronic diseases.
